I guess they just needed something red but then again one of my Chinese friends really wanted a tomato so I guess it's good with cake to them. The middle layer of "icing" (it's just whipped cream stuff) reminds me a little of fruit salad and whipped cream together. It's a tasty surprise to have fruit in it. Miss you bunches and wish we were together to celebrate my birthday. Next year we'll have to do something fun together!
