Into the Countryside

I woke up to some of the most incredible views my eyes have ever looked upon.

I was surrounded by mountains with peaks far from anything found in 

the Rocky Mountain range that I'm used to.

We knew we wanted to get out there to explore 

and see the mountains up close and personal.

We had three options: bicycle, electric bike, or motor bike.

We chose the most convenient option that would allow us to go the farthest.

We rented the motor bikes, got a quick lesson, and were on our way.

We were completely free to go wherever we wanted and would

choose random roads to go down which sometimes lead to

restaurants where you get a fishing net to catch your own meal 

(except they were trying to avoid helping us so we rode off somewhere else). 

These bikes were a blast to ride around in and made

our day trip ten times cooler. I was so glad we didn't rent bikes

especially because it started raining and we would have been 

miserable. Unfortunately, the rain made the roads extra slick

which resulted in some scraped up body parts but no worries

I packed neosporin and we're all doing just fine!

I was amazed that we were just zipping past such beautiful scenery and 

with every turn we took there was another amazing view before us. 

The beauty never ceased and I would have been happy to ride around all day.

Yangshuo has by far been my favorite place in China.

There is no other McDonald's in the world with a view like this one.
